01 Who is responsible for the app?
Moon & Garden is an independently developed application. It is not affiliated with any commercial company. You can reach the developer using the contact details provided at the end of this document.
02 What data does the app collect?
We do not collect any personal data. Specifically:
- We do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal identifier.
- We do not create user accounts.
- We do not access your camera, microphone, or contacts.
- We do not use analytics services or behavioral tracking tools.
- We do not share any data with third parties, because there is no data to share.
03 Data stored on your device
The diary entries and preferences you enter in the app are saved only on your device, using local storage. This data never leaves your phone.
You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from your device settings.
04 Permissions requested
The app may request access to your approximate location, solely to display the local time of lunar events for your area. This data is not stored or transmitted to any server.
If you do not grant this permission, the app works normally using your device's default time zone.
05 Advertising and purchases
Moon & Garden contains no advertising and offers no in-app purchases. We do not integrate any advertising SDKs of any kind.
06 Children
The app is not specifically directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no associated risk from using the app for any user, regardless of age.
07 Changes to this policy
If relevant changes are made to this policy in the future (for example, if the app introduces new features), we will update this page and indicate the new revision date in the header.
